PepsiCo is driving a digital transformation agenda lately creating a strategy towards building digital experiences for consumers and rewarding them
with value in the form of early access to new products, product discounts, product offers & rewards etc. Joy App, a wholistic loyalty platform in KSA, will be the first such pilot in this direction, acting as integrated PO1 platform for driving PepsiCo’s 1st Party Data (1P) strategy and connecting directlywith consumers leveraging its popular snacks and beverage brands portfolio .
This role will drive and build a strong content strategy for the platform, managing content curation and merchandizing on the app. This role will eventually grow into a content and personalization leader for the loyalty platform, setting up playbooks for the platform management and operations across all sector BUs.
Responsibilities
1. Increase content consumption on the loyalty app in KSA and improve customer lifetime value through flawless execution of content marketing campaigns (announcing new content, promoting featured/seasonal content) and lifecycle marketing campaigns (welcome/on-boarding programs, re-engagement programs, reacquisition programs)
2. Ensure backend content management which certainly includes:
- Changing sequence of widgets on homepage
- Managing challenges/quizzes/surveys on-the-go
- Adding personalized offers based on each user profile
- Managing different campaigns for both snacks and beverages
3. Ensure all CRM campaigns are delivered on time, to the correct audience with the best possible consumer journey
4. Own app communication strategy via push notifications and in-app messaging to drive video consumption and engagement
5. Conduct AB testing and analysis on all campaigns performance, communicate results effectively to the team and draw actionable
conclusions
6. Build strong relationships with product marketing, comms, media, marketing leads, creative, cross-functional teams and 3rd parties as well
7. Cooperate with PepsiCo loyalty aggregator partner on providing the best catalog of rewards while refreshing this catalog periodically or whenever needed and making sure to track the cost of such rewards in addition to PepsiCo’s profit margins in parallel
8. Cultivate and build relationships with new potential partners in KSA or outside KSA
9. Plan and execute partnership and sponsorship pitch presentations and proposals to new partners.
Qualifications
1. Graduate of Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, Marketing major from a reputable university
2. Must have +5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, partnerships and online/offline media planning in food & beverage or any related field
3. Previous experience managing a marketing team
4. Highly innovative mindset with a positive conduct
5. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products
