National Partnerships Manager

We are expanding our network! LARES is supporting the search for a National Partnerships Manager for Landtrax Philippines to manage strategic government relations and external affairs. Your Key Contributions: The National Partnerships Manager at LandTrax acts as the primary strategic liaison between the company and key government agencies, including, but not limited to the various Local Government Units (LGU), Register of Deeds (RD), and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). This role is responsible for navigating the Philippine land registration landscape to ensure the seamless delivery of LandTrax’s technology-driven information and lodgement services. Government Liaison & Advocacy: Build and maintain strong partnerships between LandTrax and the Registry of Deeds (RD), BIR, and LGUs to facilitate the efficient processing of title transfers, tax clearances, and property registration. Regulatory Monitoring: Actively monitor legislative and regulatory changes in the Philippine real estate and PropTech sectors, providing strategic briefings to the GM on potential impacts to LandTrax’s business model. Strategic Problem Solving: Directly intervene in complex "bottleneck" cases at the government level to ensure LandTrax meets its client-centric service level agreements. Compliance Management: Ensure all company operations remain strictly aligned with the latest Philippine land laws and data privacy regulations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sales and Technology teams to refine the LandTrax e-Lodgement Portal based on evolving government requirements. What Will Make You a Fit for this Role: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in government relations, regulatory affairs, or legal liaison within the Philippine real estate or tech industries. Track Record: Proven ability to navigate LGU, RD, and BIR systems with a consistent history of securing successful project clearances.
