About the Opening Role: Performance Marketing Manager Modality: Hybrid LATAM Location: Managua, Nicaragua. Position Summary A Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads) is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven paid advertising strategies that drive measurable growth for Small to Mid-Sized Businesses. This role focuses on maximizing campaign performance, improving ROI, and ensuring client retention through continuous optimization, strategic insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities #1 Campaign Development & Strategy -Design, plan, and execute online marketing campaigns aligned with client goals, industry, and budget. -Analyze data to develop tailored digital marketing strategies and implement data-driven decisions. -Stay up to date on industry trends to recommend innovative strategies. #2 Performance Optimization & Growth -Conduct ongoing performance reviews to ensure budget pacing and week-over-week improvement. -Measure and report campaign results against defined KPIs to provide actionable insights. -Proactively identify optimization opportunities to maximize ROI. #3 Account Reviews & Maintenance: -Perform weekly reviews of flagged accounts through Actions to Take to implement best practices and improve performance. -Address account issues promptly to ensure consistent results. #4 Cross-Functional Collaboration: -Work closely with Content, Design, and Tracking teams to execute strategies effectively. -Deliver necessary campaign insights and information to support team contributions. #5 Contribute to the development and implementation of new projects, activities, and processes that benefit the departments and the company's performance. -Cooperate with your department on any seasonal or extraordinary need that may arise. Required Skills & Qualifications -Written English Level: Advanced (C1-C2) -Spoken English Level: Advanced (C1-C2) -Education: Graduated in Marketing, Business, or a similar field Experience: *+2 years of experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other search advertising platforms, etc. (desired) *Experience managing social media ad campaigns, such as Facebook (desired) Know How & Certifications Google Ads Certification (Search at minimum) Google Analytics Certification (GA4)
