Role Description We are seeking a skilled in Power BI Developer With Banking domain to join our team in Oman Location for our business. Job Location : Oman Job Description: • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards that effectively visualize financial and banking data. • Work with on-premise Power BI Report Server to publish and maintain reports. • Develop SQL-based ETL pipelines to process and structure data for Power BI reports. • Optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures for performance and data accuracy. • Implement row-level security (RLS) and governance controls in Power BI. • Design and maintain data models (star schema, snowflake) for reporting efficiency. Automate data refresh processes and optimize report performance. • Collaborate with BIU team leads to align reports with banking business needs. • Experience with SAS will be an added advantage, especially for data transformations. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies Required: • 5+ years of experience in Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, and SQL-based ETL. Strong hands-on expertise in DAX, Power Query, and report performance optimization. • Extensive experience in the banking domain, working with transactional and financial data. • Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing) for data processing. • Knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL workflows. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience: • Experience with SAS is an added advantage. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for handling large banking datasets. • Experience working within a structured BI team environment.
