Job Description We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Software Architect to lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise applications built on Microsoft Power Platform within the Azure Government Cloud environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and developers to deliver scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead software architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making for Power Platform applications. Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Design and configure integrations between Power Platform components and Azure Managed MS SQL databases, Azure Blob Storage, and file storage solutions. Collaborate with Power Platform administrators to configure authentication and security using Azure Active Directory and Office 365. Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Guide development teams in coding, testing, deployment, and support activities. Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces with Power Apps and Power Pages. Create and maintain technical architecture and system documentation. Mentor and support junior developers and provide technical knowledge transfer. Ensure applications meet accessibility standards including ADA and WCAG 2.1 compliance. Promote DevOps best practices and support automated build and deployment processes. Qualifications Strong experience developing Microsoft Power Apps (model-driven and canvas applications). Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Pages. Experience working within Agile/product development environments. Experience integrating and managing multiple data sources, formats, and structures. Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports. Understanding of Azure Government Cloud services and Azure Active Directory. Experience designing applications with responsive and multilingual user experiences. Experience writing technical documentation and architecture artifacts. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience mentoring development teams. Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Tableau or other data visualization platform experience. Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
