Electrosec works with various systems such as Security, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Detection, structured cabling, Data Network equipment for small to large-scale installations. With a focus on quality and reliability, Electrosec ensures tailored solutions for diverse client needs. Role Description This is an on-site, full-time Presales Engineer role based in Amman, Jordan. The Presales Engineer will support the sales team by providing technical insights, conducting solution presentations, working with clients to identify needs, and preparing proposals. The role also involves offering technical support, facilitating effective system integration, and assisting in the overall sales process to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in presales and sales skills within low-current systems Strong understanding of Security and Surveillance technologies and solutions Experience in Technical Support and System Integration for low-current systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Detection, and Security systems Strong skills in customer relationship management and proposal preparation Proficiency in technical documentation and proposal creation Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across functions Responsibilities Review tender documentation Design tender solutions Conduct site surveys where necessary Conduct customer and vendor meetings/presentations Preparation of proposals and compliance Follow up on submitted tenders
