Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Pickyourtrail, you won't just be managing a backlog—you’ll be the "connective tissue" between our vision and our users. You will be responsible for identifying high-impact problems, defining the "why," and collaborating with engineering and design to build elegant, scalable solutions. Responsibilities Strategy & Vision: Own the product roadmap for your domain. You’ll translate the company’s high-level goals into actionable product themes. User Advocacy: Become an expert on our customers. You’ll conduct interviews, analyze feedback, and look at data to understand what keeps them up at night. Execution: Lead cross-functional squads through the full product lifecycle—from initial discovery and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) to shipping and post-launch iteration. Data-Driven Decision Making: Define the metrics for success ($KPIs$). Whether it’s conversion, retention, or $NPS$, you’ll use data to prove your hypotheses. Stakeholder Harmony: Navigate the needs of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring everyone is aligned and excited about what’s coming next. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience in Product Management Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
