Responsibilities We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help shape and tell the story of Voca CIC. In this role, you’ll craft audience-focused messaging, create impactful sales enablement tools, and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent, compelling communication across every customer touchpoint. You’ll be equal parts storyteller, strategist, and GTM operator — focused on turning innovation into business value. What You’ll Do Craft Messaging that Resonates: Define product positioning, messaging and value propositions that clearly articulate what makes Voca CIC different - tailored for enterprise buyers, partners, Customer Experience, AI and contact center leaders Lead Go-to-Market: Launch new experiences, features, use-cases, and solutions with targeted campaigns, messaging frameworks and sales tools Create Compelling Content: Own the development of high-impact assets - from sales decks and one-pagers to thought leadership, customer stories, and demo scripts Fuel Demand Generation: Partner with Growth Marketing and Field Marketing teams to drive campaigns, webinars, podcasts and events that generate awareness and substantiate our leading market position Enable Sellers and Channel Partners: Collaborate with Product and Business to build clear, concise sales enablement tools, battle cards, and competitive insights About Us null Your mission null Requirements Minimum Requirements: 3+ years in product marketing, marketing management and/or in content writing disciplines within technology companies, with a clear record of successful delivery and marketing impact Superior GTM understanding, messaging and writing skills Experience with B2B product marketing, Demand Generation & Capture frameworks and content writing Excellent communication and presentational skills Preferred Requirements: Technology/SaaS experience and orientation, openness to learn new technology fields, terminology and key elements that build a product Specific experience in one or more of the following: Contact Center, Customer Experience, AI, Bots and Automation True strategic marketing thinker with a “get things done” approach
