Job description

该职位来源于猎聘 Summary: Accessing customer needs, monitoring product lifecycle, participate in the entire process of product purchasing, sales, publicity and after-sales service plan; Preparation and management of all documents during sales activities and product development. The career requires extensive knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, and product development in addition to dormakaba industry. Job Responsibilities Highly sensitive of entrance control system and Commercial & Industrial market trend and excellent business mind; Analyze portfolio performance along key metrics, draw implications and develop recommendations based on key market trends; Work closely with the local sales/R&D team to ensure relevant market strategy implementation and necessary solutions are delivered with excellence to the market; Support sales in development of customer proposals, sales presentations, and key customers implementation; Adapt and ensure local buy in/ execution of China marketing calendar. Implement Value propositions, solutions and programs with the local sales force and customers; Literature creation - brochure, spec sheet, etc., relevant translations where required; Support and provide training to the related factories, sales, marketing, customer service team, warehouse, etc. Job Requirements. 5 years’ experience on solutions selling , pricing strategy and product bundling strategy ; Solid knowledge in Ironmongery industry and / or Physical Security Industry included Access Control , Entrance system will be an advantage; Willing to adopt the changes , out of boxes thinking to help the sales team and customer to drive the business; Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical; Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based; Language : English , Cantonese and Mandarin is a must; Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Requires frequent business travel to HK
