Your Role: As an engineer, you will be responsible for building Propacity Platform's mobile app with other A+ Engineers. SOUND LIKE YOU? Must-Have Responsibilities: • You have 2+ years of app development experience • Strong understanding of JS, React, React.Native, Typescript, Ionic, Cordova & Flutter • Build pixel-perfect UIs across both mobile platforms (iOS and Android). • Transition existing React web apps to React Native • Design & develop complex application components, & integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects • Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms. • Working knowledge of Redux architecture • Diagnose & fix bugs to match native performance & smooth functioning (battery issues & latency) • Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage • Familiarity with the Android Design , Material Design Guidelines is a must • Balance shipping speed & quality • Good eye for design • Break down complexity in simplicity • Team collaboration • Can use Figma Software Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in mobile app development • Strong expertise in JavaScript, React, React Native, TypeScript, Ionic, Cordova, and Flutter • Proven experience in building and deploying pixel-perfect UIs across iOS and Android • Proficiency in transitioning React web apps to React Native • Solid understanding of Redux architecture and native APIs • Experience diagnosing and fixing performance issues, including battery and latency optimization • Knowledge of REST APIs, document request models, and offline storage Our Benefits: • Flexible working hours and leave policy • Mentorship by industry leaders • Direct work with founders • Shared learning with a smart team • Ownership of products
