We're hiring. And we're going to be upfront about what this role actually is. This is not account management. This is not customer service. This is not a role for someone who prefers email over the phone. This is a high-volume, outbound sales role where you'll make 60–70 calls a day to healthcare facilities across the Southeast — and turn cold conversations into real revenue. What you'll do: → Make outbound calls to healthcare clinics, practices, and facilities → Convert inbound leads immediately — no delays, no hesitation → Build and manage your pipeline in Salesforce → Create 5–10 qualified opportunities per week → Close smaller deals directly and feed larger ones to our closing team What we're looking for: → Someone who genuinely enjoys cold calling → 1–3 years in outbound sales, SDR, or call-heavy roles → B2B experience (healthcare industry a plus) → Salesforce or CRM experience → Someone who makes the next call even after a hard no What we offer: → $45,000–$65,000 base + benefits → 401(k) with matching → Full health, dental, and vision → A clear path to closing roles and sales leadership At TriHaz Solutions, every single new customer relationship starts with a conversation.
