Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer at ECOS LINK SOLUTIONS SDN BHD. The role is based in Puncak Alam, Malaysia, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting the sales process through technical expertise, providing technical advice and support to clients, developing and managing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to promote and sell the company's industrial engineering solutions. Day-to-day activities include client meetings, solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, collaboration with technical teams, and ongoing customer service support.
Qualifications
Skills in Sales Engineering and the ability to provide technical support to clients.
Sales and Customer Service skills to effectively manage client relationships and understand sales strategies.
Excellent Communication skills to present solutions clearly and collaborate with technical and sales teams.
Prior experience in environmental monitoring, process control, or software solutions is a plus.
Proficiency in problem-solving and technical troubleshooting.
Possession of a degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or a related technical field is preferred.
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and travel to client locations as necessary.
