Sales Operations Manager – VXI Egypt (BPO Industry) Location: Cairo, Egypt Industry: BPO / Contact Center Position Summary The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing sales operations within a fast-paced BPO environment, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, operational KPIs, and client expectations. This role focuses on driving sales performance, operational efficiency, team development, and continuous improvement across sales campaigns and accounts. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage sales operations teams to ensure achievement of revenue and performance targets Monitor and drive KPIs including Sales Conversion, Revenue, Productivity, Quality, Adherence, and Customer Experience Develop and implement action plans to improve sales performance and operational efficiency Analyze sales trends, operational data, and performance reports to identify gaps and opportunities Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions with Team Leaders and stakeholders Ensure effective coaching, development, and performance management for sales teams Collaborate with Workforce Management, Training, Quality, HR, and other support functions to achieve business objectives Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational and client-related issues Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and sales processes Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment Prepare and present operational and sales performance reports to senior management and clients Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Sales Revenue & Conversion Rate Productivity & Utilization Quality Assurance (QA) Scores Customer Satisfaction (CSAT / NPS) Adherence & Attendance Attrition & Employee Engagement Requirements Minimum 5–7 years of experience in BPO / Contact Center Operations Minimum 2 years of experience managing Sales Operations teams Strong understanding of sales operations, KPI management, and performance optimization Proven experience in coaching, people management, and revenue-driven environments Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Experience managing US or international sales accounts Knowledge of sales and reporting tools and operational dashboards Lean / Six Sigma knowledge is a plus Core Competencies Sales Leadership Revenue & Performance Management Operational Excellence Coaching & Team Development Client & Stakeholder Management Data Analysis & Reporting Problem Solving & Decision Making Work Environment Fast-paced, target-driven BPO / Contact Center environment Rotational shifts may be required based on business needs
