Company Description Acme Visible Filing Systems Ltd. is a 35-year-old, Canadian-owned and operated provider of high-density and specialty storage systems. We design, supply, and install custom solutions for institutional, government, healthcare, defence, education, and commercial clients across Western Canada. Role Description We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to grow our Saskatchewan business. You'll work out of our Winnipeg branch office, with occasional travel into Saskatchewan to meet customers, walk job sites, and develop new opportunities. You'll have full backing from our design, operations, and installation teams, plus direct on-the-ground support from a senior member of our sales group. This is a consultative, technical sale — not transactional. Our customers run multi-stakeholder buying processes, work from architectural drawings and specifications, and value reps who think long-term and write a strong proposal. What you'll do - Manage and grow a portfolio of institutional, government, and commercial accounts in Saskatchewan - Identify, qualify, and pursue RFP and prequalification opportunities - Conduct site visits and work with our design team on custom layouts in Configura/Revit - Write detailed quotes, proposals, and prequalification responses - Build durable relationships with end users, procurement officers, general contractors, and architects - Coordinate with our certified installation crews to deliver projects on time Who you are - 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience selling complex, technical, or specified products - Track record carrying and growing a multi-million-dollar book of business - Comfort with long sales cycles (6–18 months) and multi-stakeholder decisions - Experience reading construction drawings or technical specifications - Excellent written communication, you will draft proposals and RFP responses regularly - Self-directed, organized, and disciplined working from the office and on the road - Salesforce or comparable CRM experience - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Saskatchewan (typically 1–2 weeks per month) What we offer - A 35-year-old, financially stable, family-owned company — still independent, still founder-led - A real Saskatchewan territory to manage and grow - Exclusive Western Canadian distribution rights for our many of our suppliers - Reliability Status–cleared installation crews and a real operations team behind every quote you write - Competitive base + uncapped commission, benefits - Direct mentorship from senior people who actually know the work
