Responsibilities • Responsible for IFRS accounting and IFRS reports • Assisting with audit preparations reviews stages (Preparation and management of audit confirmations (banks, suppliers, customers, legal) including tracking, follow-ups, and reconciliation of responses; Coordination with external auditors and consultants for audit support, reconciliations, and technical clarifications) • Responsible for IAS 16 accounting and IAS 16 reports needed to be provided to the group • Responsible for the loan financing agreements’ process: during negotiation and after signing (providing all the reports as per the agreement to the Lender) • Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets and monthly cash-call • Creating and analyzing financial reports on a weekly/ monthly basis needed to be provided to the global controlling team • Responsible for all CAPEX/ OPEX cost analyses • Support financing activities in Romania, including EU grants and other methods as needed. • Performing payments reconciliations • Performing other accounting reconciliations (intercompany, general ledger, loan interest) Requirements • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.\ 3+ years of accounting experience. • Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP. • Strong financial analysis skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational and stress management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. • Ability to train and manage staff. • Ability to work with little to no supervision. • Strong knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
