WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?
Senior AI/ML Engineer (LLM / GenAI) wanted!
🗝️Hybrid work from Gdańsk: 2-3 days per week from the office
🗝️Full-time
🗝️Start: ASAP
Main tasks:
Understand user and business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions
Serve as an AI expert and provide guidance and mentorship to the team
Design and develop applications powered by LLMs (including RAG and workflow-based solutions)
Create agent-based systems with orchestration and tool integration capabilities
Work with multiple LLMs, both commercial and open-source
Incorporate existing ML models and components into end-to-end solutions
Requirements:
At least 6-7 years of IT‑relevant experience
Very good knowledge of Python, incl. hands-on experience implementing LLM-based solutions
Experience with: LangChain, LangGraph, DSPy, Pydantic
Experience building RAG pipelines (embeddings, retrieval, vector search)
Experience working with vector databases
Experience in solution architecture design and automated testing and CI/CD processes
Experience with advanced agentic workflows (stateful, human-in-the-loop)
Strong software engineering fundamentals (APIs, system integrations, computer architecture)
Experience evaluating RAG solutions using RAGAS
Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools
Mentoring skills
Experience with low-level programming (drivers, firmware)
Good English - at least B2/B2+
