Role Overview We’re seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure. You’ll be a key player in automating deployments, enabling observability, and ensuring continuous integration and delivery in cloud-native environments. Key Responsibilities Design and manage Azure-based infrastructure using Terraform (IaC). Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments. Deploy and manage Kubernetes (AKS) clusters with advanced networking, Istio, and Pod Security configurations. Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and alerting through Datadog. Manage ArgoCD for GitOps-based deployment workflows. Secure infrastructure using Azure Key Vault, RBAC, Network Policies, and WAF. Collaborate with developers and architects to define infrastructure best practices. Maintain scripting tools using PowerShell, Bash, and YAML. Implement and manage network components: Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, DNS, API Gateways. Optimize storage and compute services: Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Functions. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, with strong focus on Azure environments. Expert-level knowledge of: Azure Core Services: Storage Accounts, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Azure Cache, AKS Terraform for Infrastructure as Code Kubernetes, Istio, Pod Security, Network Policies Datadog for observability and alerting ArgoCD and GitOps workflows Docker, CI/CD pipelines, YAML Strong knowledge of: Azure App Configuration, Load Balancers, App Gateway, DNS Scripting (PowerShell/Bash) RBAC, WAF, Blob Storage Experience with GitHub for source control and collaboration Nice to Have Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD Familiarity with Azure API Management or advanced Application Gateway configurations Experience with serverless solutions on Azure What We Offer Competitive compensation package Flexible work environment Continuous learning & career development opportunities Work with world-class fintech clients and projects A collaborative and inclusive company culture
