Senior Full Stack QA Engineer

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Full Stack QA Engineer to join our team full-time  in Bulgaria. About the role: As a Senior Full Stack QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal leadership role in transitioning a high-velocity, backend-driven engineering team toward a sophisticated "shift-left" quality model. Your mission is to move beyond this model by auditing the current state, identifying critical gaps, and involving in implementing a robust automated testing framework. Responsibilities: * Design, execute and maintain test suites with a primary focus on backend-driven architectures * Utilize JS based TAF (test automation framework) * Debug and improve integrations, identifying and targeting the resolution of broken technical workflows * Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing testing landscape to identify neglected areas and define a roadmap for improvements Requirements: * Proven track record in senior-level QA roles with emphasis on both manual and automated backend testing with complex data point integrations * Professional experience and deep technical proficiency with JS testing frameworks, specifically Cypress and Playwright * Expert understanding of the testing principles (e.g. test pyramid) and the ability to apply it practically improve existing testing processes * Experience testing event-driven processes * Very good English language skills (stakeholders are native speakers) What`s in it for you? * Regular salary reviews based on performance * Corporate events: webinars, offline parties, and meetups * Internal Mobility Program * Tailored education path (including full access to Udemy, certifications, etc.) * 25 paid days off: 20 business days of vacation per calendar year + 5 undocumented sick leave days * Additional health insurance * 100% company-covered Multisport card, with discounts available for family members About us: At Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
