Job Purpose
Salesforce technical lead with solution design capabilities to support B2C SFDC Technology Unit. The role involves code Review, code optimization analysis, lead to development, knowledge of salesforce design pattern. Devops, and salesforce AI understanding .addition to this he should capable of requirement discussion and documentation with stakeholders, solution design & discussion, ensuring governance, maintaining documentation, and assisting in planning and tracking initiatives across agile and hybrid delivery models. You will act as a central point of contact for project status, reporting, and compliance across multiple teams.
Duties And Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions in alignment with business requirements.
Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, Triggers, and APIs.
Manage and support Salesforce configurations, including workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
Implement and manage DevOps processes, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee system integration between Salesforce and external applications.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for optimal system functionality.
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance to the development team.
Code Optimizations and code analysis for optimization
Manage deployment activities across Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments.
Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and platform scalability.

Staying updated with Salesforce tri annual releases and learning new features to support application enhancements.
Required Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications
8–10 years of IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud implementations.
Proven experience in DevOps tools and CI/CD processes for Salesforce (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps).
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Hands-on experience in Lightning development (LWC/Aura).
