The Role
We are looking for a results-driven and relationship-savvy Senior Off-Page SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of our link building, digital PR, and off-page authority-building initiatives for US-based clients. You will work closely with our on-page SEO, content, and account management teams to grow domain authority, earn high-quality relevant backlinks, and drive measurable ranking improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute end-to-end off-page SEO strategies (link building, digital PR, brand mentions) to grow domain authority and organic rankings.
Link Prospecting: Identify high-quality, relevant link opportunities using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and manual research; qualify prospects by DR, traffic, relevance, and spam score.
Outreach Campaigns: Plan and run manual outreach campaigns — guest posting, broken link building, link insertion, resource page outreach, niche edits, and HARO/digital PR.
Anchor Text Strategy: Design natural, diversified anchor text and link velocity plans aligned with target keywords and pages.
Backlink Audits: Perform regular backlink audits, identify toxic links, manage disavow files, and diagnose ranking drops caused by link issues.
Competitor Analysis: Track competitor backlink movements, surface gap opportunities, and recommend tactical responses.
Client & Leadership Communication: Attend the daily 9:30 PM PH CEO call (Mon–Thur) and occasional US client calls (before midnight PH) to present reports, discuss strategy, and confidently answer technical questions.
Reporting: Monitor and report on weekly/monthly off-page performance — links acquired, referring domains, DR/DA growth, anchor distribution, and ranking impact — using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with Google's algorithm updates, link quality signals, E-E-A-T, and evolving best practices.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of proven, dedicated experience in off-page SEO and link building (agency background a strong plus).
Tool Proficiency: Deep, hands-on expertise with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and other effective SEO Platforms.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of backlink quality signals, anchor text strategy, disavow management, and Google's spam and link policies. Working knowledge of HTML basics and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, Webflow) to coordinate with on-page and dev teams.
On-Page SEO: Knowledge of on-page SEO fundamentals to coordinate with on-page teams.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze backlink profiles, interpret link metrics, and translate them into an actionable strategy.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English — clear, neutral accent, confident on daily video calls with a US CEO and US clients; able to explain technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Schedule Commitment: Willingness to attend the daily 9:30 PM PH CEO call (Mon–Thur) and occasional late-evening client calls (before midnight PH).
Nice to Haves
Experience with Digital PR and securing links on Tier-1 publications.
Experience with HARO / Featured.com and similar journalist-outreach platforms.
Familiarity with Local SEO link building (citations, local PR, geo-targeted outreach).
Experience with AI tools for outreach personalization, content briefs, or backlink data analysis.
Prior experience working directly with US clients and US-based leadership.
