To learn more visit www.graphisoft.com Job Purpose As a Senior Principal Product Manager, AI, you will be driving a highly strategic, next-generation cloud initiative for the global Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. You will be responsible for defining and executing the AI product strategy, shaping how intelligence and automation are woven into core collaboration and data workflows, and how they unlock value for architects, engineers, contractors, and owners across our ecosystem. Working across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Brand teams, you will translate real customer problems into an AI-first roadmap, define success metrics, and ensure that what we ship delivers measurable impact in the field. Key Tasks, Duties And Responsibilities Product Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-thinking product strategy aligned with the company's vision, with a strong emphasis on innovations and aligned with Nemetschek Group. Product Leadership: Mentor Product Managers at all levels, including Principals, offering guidance, mentorship, and subject matter expertise in product management. Drive the development of groundbreaking products and features that set industry standards. Market Analysis: Conduct extensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation. Product Roadmap: Create and manage the product roadmap, setting feature prioritization, timelines, and release schedules, aligned with Nemetschek Group initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and developers, to gather and prioritize product requirements. Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate business and product strategy, including executives with the Nemetschek Group. Product Development: Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of top-quality solutions. User Feedback: Continuously collect and analyze user feedback to drive product enhancements, improvements, and innovative feature development. Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation within the product management team, exploring cutting-edge technologies and trends to drive product excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven track record of 12 years in senior-level product management roles, with significant experience in software product development. Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Previous experience in mentoring Product Managers at all levels, including Principals and Staff-level professionals. Extensive leadership experience in product management, preferably in the AEC software industry. Proven ability to envision and deliver innovative products.
