Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI Hybrid | 3 Days Onsite We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI to lead the strategy, discovery, and execution of enterprise-scale AI products focused on autonomous and semi-autonomous workflows. This role is ideal for a product leader who has hands-on experience building and scaling real-world Agentic AI or LLM-powered products from concept through deployment in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate is not a marketing-focused PM and not a pure ML engineer, but someone who has owned AI products end-to-end — including roadmap definition, stakeholder alignment, workflow orchestration, and cross-functional execution. The product is currently in the discovery/scoping phase and will be built from the ground up in collaboration with Data Science, Analytics, CRM, and Engineering teams within the Data, Digital & Analytics (DDA) organization. Key Responsibilities Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for Agentic AI initiatives Drive discovery and product scoping for enterprise AI solutions built from scratch Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-driven workflows Translate complex business problems into structured AI orchestration and automation solutions Lead product development for LLM-based and agentic AI systems, including workflow orchestration and intelligent automation Establish scalable product frameworks, governance standards, and operational guardrails for enterprise AI deployment Ensure AI solutions meet compliance, governance, and auditability requirements within regulated environments Own stakeholder communication, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment throughout the product lifecycle Drive projects independently from ideation through launch and optimization Required Qualifications 7+ years of Product Management and/or Product Owner experience Proven experience building and launching enterprise-scale AI/LLM products Hands-on experience with: Agentic AI LLM-powered applications AI orchestration workflows Intelligent automation systems Strong understanding of AI product lifecycle, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams Ability to operate independently and lead ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills Experience driving products from discovery phase through execution Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industries Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and enterprise guardrails Exposure to frameworks/tools related to: LLM orchestration Multi-agent systems RAG architectures AI workflow automation Experience building scalable internal AI platforms or enterprise AI capabilities What We’re Looking For Someone who can “hit the ground running” Strong product ownership mindset Enterprise-scale thinking and scalability focus Experience working on at least one real-world Agentic AI product Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments Work Model Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite Tuesday & Wednesday are anchor onsite days Interview Process 3 virtual interview rounds via Google Meet Contract Details Initial 6-month contract
