You'll be Heyflow's Senior Product Marketing Manager, the person who shapes how we position our product and brings it to market with real impact. You'll work closely with our CEO and Product teams, with a lot of freedom to design and execute the formats and campaigns you think will move the needle. In return, we'd love someone who's genuinely excited to roll up their sleeves.
What You'll Do
Own Heyflow’s product positioning by developing clear, compelling messaging that communicates our value to growth marketers, scaling teams, and enterprise buyers, based on a deep understanding of our product, customers, and competitive landscape.
Lead go-to-market launches for new features, working closely with Product Managers to translate what was built and why into impactful launch strategies and campaigns.
Execute end-to-end feature launches across channels including email, in-app messaging, landing pages, blog posts, and video, while tracking adoption and product usage after launch.
Develop and run product-driven growth initiatives, testing creative formats, angles, and channels to expand reach and drive adoption among both existing users and new audiences.
Collaborate closely with the CEO and Product teams, helping shape the product marketing function while independently designing and executing initiatives that move the business forward.
Act as a hands-on driver of impact, taking ideas from concept to execution and continuously optimizing how Heyflow is positioned and brought to market.
What You'll Bring
Experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in a growth-stage environment, with a strong understanding of positioning and go-to-market strategies.
High agency and entrepreneurial thinking, with a track record of building, driving, or figuring things out independently rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
Excellent writing and messaging skills, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear and compelling narratives.
Fluency in German and English (near-native written and spoken) to effectively communicate with both local and international audiences.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
Comfort working with AI tools as a natural part of your day-to-day workflow.
Experience owning go-to-market launches end-to-end, from strategy through execution and measurement.
Bonus: familiarity with Figma and video editing, plus curiosity to become a true Heyflow power user and deeply understand the product you’re marketing.
