Role: Salesforce Technical Lead Austin, TX, Occasional Onsite Role Overview The Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing development activities, ensuring code quality, and guiding the development team in implementing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead development efforts using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform configuration. Design and review technical solutions and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs. Provide technical guidance to developers, perform code reviews, and ensure performance optimization. Support integration development with MuleSoft and APIs.
