Senior Salesforce Developer – Hyderabad

Experience: 6–10 Years Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Notice Period Preference: 15 Days / Serving Notice Period Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Copado-based DevOps/CI-CD processes. The role involves developing scalable Salesforce solutions, handling deployments, integrations, and working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Must Have Skills 6+ years of overall software development experience 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong experience in: Apex SOQL Salesforce customization & configuration 3+ years of experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) 2+ years of experience with Copado (CI/CD & DevOps) Strong understanding of: Salesforce architecture Governor limits Standard & custom objects Experience with Git/version control and branching strategies Knowledge of Salesforce deployments and metadata management Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Good coding skills (coding evaluation involved) Good to Have Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Architect certifications, etc.) Experience with: Salesforce CPQ Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and modern web technologies Experience with REST/SOAP integrations Familiarity with automated testing frameworks Experience with Salesforce DX and VS Code Understanding of data migration and security best practices Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs Build responsive UI components using LWC Manage Salesforce deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Copado Work on integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers Ensure platform security and best practices compliance Collaborate with business and functional teams for requirement gathering Additional Information 3 Interview Rounds Processing Timeline: 10–15 Days Strong project stability preferred (Minimum 2 years in an organization) Candidates should be comfortable with coding assessments Shortlisted candidates may be contacted within 24–72 hours Compensation Budget up to ₹30 LPA Final compensation will depend on current CTC, experience, technical evaluation, and internal standards.
