In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage Smartsheet implementations, and ensure that projects meet timeline, budget, and quality requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop project plans, and provide technical guidance. Other key responsibilities include leading client communications, managing risks, and mentoring team members to drive successful outcomes. Qualifications Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with proven experience in organizing, planning, and delivering successful projects Exceptional Communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders Demonstrated Team Leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding project teams Solid Analytical skills to assess project performance, resolve challenges, and drive data-based decision-making Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management tools is highly desirable Comprehensive understanding of workflow automation and system implementation best practices A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
