Responsibilities: Partner with Leaders: Work directly with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders to understand business priorities, team structures, and upcoming product roadmaps. Translate those needs into hiring strategies that deliver the right talent at the right time. Own the Full Funnel: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from workforce planning, sourcing, and pipeline development to offer strategy and closing. Expertise in Sourcing: Go beyond job boards: map markets, engage passive candidates, run talent intelligence projects, and activate referral networks. Champion Candidate Experience: Ensure every interaction reflects our culture of innovation and inclusivity. Create thoughtful touchpoints that turn candidates into advocates. Data-Driven Recruiting: Track funnel metrics, quality-of-hire, and time-to-fill; use dashboards and insights to recommend process improvements and influence leaders. Employer Brand Storytelling: Partner with TA marketing to highlight our engineering culture and career stories on social, events, and communities. TA Projects: Pilot new tools, optimize our ATS workflows, and bring in industry benchmarks from company peers. Qualifications: Experience: 5 - 8 years of end-to-end recruiting, with significant focus on product and engineering roles (backend, data, cloud, security, design, etc.). Market Knowledge: Strong grasp of the India tech talent landscape, competitive benchmarks, and sourcing strategies for niche roles. Influence: Comfortable advising leaders and shaping hiring decisions through data and insight. Tools & Tech: Fluency in inbound and outbound hiring, sourcing platforms (HireEZ, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter), and analytics dashboards. Approach: Curious, strategic, and resilient - you’re comfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling processes for growth. Extra Edge: Experience in employer branding campaigns, leveraging Talent Pools, and CRM based candidate engagement.
