Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in an applied UX design role, working on digital platforms or technical products.
Experience with interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
Experience designing for enterprise products.
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows (e.g., productivity, research, or content drafting), or with designing AI-powered features (e.g., addressing trust, mental models, or interaction patterns for LLM-based interfaces).
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
2 years of experience leading design projects.
Experience in EdTech, Cloud (B2B/B2C), or Enterprise learning environments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Define foundational strategy and support long-term user experience and product strategies for the domain.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product management and engineering to identify emerging user needs.
Apply UX design frameworks, principles, and patterns to create innovative solutions to learner problems.
Use AI tools to accelerate workflows and design for GenAI-powered interactions.
Build consensus across senior stakeholders by communicating design approaches that address and anticipate business challenges.
