SEO Specialist

Revpanda Group is a leading digital marketing powerhouse specializing in iGaming, affiliate marketing, and performance-driven solutions. We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our team and help drive organic growth across multiple websites. The role focuses on optimizing site performance, improving search visibility, and ensuring our content ranks effectively across target markets, while continuously enhancing user experience and conversion rates. Responsibilities: Develop and implement SEO strategies to grow organic visibility and traffic across multiple websites. Perform regular technical SEO audits and ensure sites meet best practices for crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, and structured data. Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to optimize on-page elements (metadata, internal linking, keyword targeting, content structure). Support off-page SEO efforts by working with link builders and monitoring backlink profiles. Monitor performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and provide actionable insights to improve rankings and conversions. Compile tickets for the development team in order to fix/optimize the website performance of the assigned products. Work closely with developers to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth pre- and post-deployment processes. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, including AI-driven search, and assess their impact on organic strategy. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist in the iGaming industry. Proven hands-on experience in technical SEO (JavaScript, HTML, Core Web Vitals, structured data, site performance). Solid knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and the role of AI in shaping search. Experience with content optimization, keyword research, and link-building best practices. Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and create clear reports. Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
