Software Implementation Consultant – CPM

Discover the impact of our work at and see how we're transforming the landscape of financial consulting THE JOB DESCRIPTION IN A NUTSHELL: The first step of the journey will be to become independent with the CPM platform CCH Tagetik. You will receive a 2 to 3 months formal on-boarding, access to a big knowledge base, a mentoring process and ongoing access to the knowledge of our team members. You will be working in a team of consultants at various levels of proficiency. You need to implement technical tasks using SQL and CCH Tagetik functionalities, under the guidance of senior consultants or your project managers. You will take full responsibility for the tasks assigned to you in order to complete the implementation in a timely manner and in the most efficient possible way. You always need to be curious and stay on top of new best practices, technical solutions, and latest patches. You need to think outside of the box and are not afraid to trial and error until you find the best solution for the technical problem at hand. You need to be a team player, always working together with the rest of the project team to make sure your tasks integrate well into the bigger picture of the project. Sometimes you might need to create technical/ user documentations, deliver trainings or presentations for the project you are assigned TECHNICAL SKILLS YOU WILL BE USING IN YOUR DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES: SQL Work with a multidimensional model and the OLAP concepts, data flows, stored procedures, data load Tagetik – WEB interface and Excel Add-In Reporting interface: WEB Platform with many functionalities for the automation of financial activities that sits on top of a SQL database. Excel Add In with complex functionalities for data exploration and reporting You can see how the platform looks like here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bk0hv ZWqaCAhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HN5aZZdiyQY WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED? ● You have a Bachelor or MSc degree in IT or Business/ Accounting. ● You have previous relevant experience (5+ years) with creating data flows, analyzing data patterns, and working with numbers. ● Excellent knowledge of Excel is required. ● Finance/accounting/financial management systems and business process knowledge including some of the following: budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal reporting, management dashboards and statutory reporting. ● You have average/intermediate SQL skills (joins, subqueries, analytic functions) ● You are proficient in English. Any other language is a plus. ● You have excellent communication skills ● You are constantly driven by learning new things, growing your business and technical abilities and working hard to improve yourself every day ● You are driven by excellence, take full responsibility for your workload and are always focused on delivering high quality work for your clients ● You are willing to adjust and demonstrate flexibility in changing or unknown situation WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
