Startup Finance Analyst

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in East Los Angeles, CA, for a Startup Finance Analyst. The role involves analyzing financial data, contributing to strategic financial planning, and preparing precise and insightful financial reports. You will work with financial statements, provide input on targeted growth strategies, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client-specific financial needs. In addition to conducting financial analyses, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment across projects and initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills and decision-making capabilities Experience working with Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Extensive knowledge and practical expertise in Finance Detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize and interpret complex financial data Proficient in financial modeling and budgeting tools Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and fundraising processes is an advantage
