About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager / Personalgewinner (m/w/d) to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in attracting top talent to Autoland AG, ensuring that our organization continues to grow and excel. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through targeted direct approaches, advising our leadership team on recruitment strategies, managing the entire candidate selection process, and developing creative employer branding initiatives. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a completed vocational training or university degree, coupled with several years of successful experience in recruiting or active sourcing. Proficiency in modern recruiting tools, applicant management systems, and social media platforms is essential. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken, and have a confident, engaging demeanor. A structured, proactive working style, high levels of responsibility, and reliability are crucial. Additionally, a valid driver's license of class B is required to facilitate mobility for candidate meetings and employer branding activities.
Responsibilities
Targeted Direct Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through professional networks, social media, and other channels, establishing personalized and respectful contact to attract suitable talent for Autoland AG.
Consultation and Collaboration: Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, advise on recruitment strategies, and manage the entire selection process with confidence and professionalism.
Candidate Management: Guide applicants through each stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience, and selecting the best-fit candidates to join Autoland AG.
Employer Branding and Marketing: Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance Autoland AG’s employer brand, making it more attractive and recognizable within the automotive sector.
