About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager—Talent Acquisition who can own end-to-end recruitment while also supporting key HR operations. This role blends strategic hiring with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone experienced in digital, creative, and media talent hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from understanding hiring briefs to closing offers
Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and define role requirements
Write compelling, accurate job descriptions aligned with our creative culture
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Hire for digital media and creative roles, including:
Business Development (BD)
Artist Managers / Talent Managers/ Music Non Music
Creative roles (Copywriters, Designers, Video Editors, Strategists, etc.)
Digital marketing and production roles
Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, cultural fit, and motivation
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops, and final hiring decisions
Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
HR Operations
Support onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and employee data
Track probation periods, confirmations, and employee lifecycle events
Employer Branding
Strengthen employer brand through social media and creative hiring campaigns
Organize recruitment drives, networking events, and campus engagements
Collaborate with the marketing team on career pages and hiring creatives
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 8+ years in Talent Acquisition with exposure to HR Operations
(Agency, digital, media, or creative industry experience preferred)
Strong understanding of creative, digital media, production, and marketing hiring needs
Proven expertise in active and passive sourcing
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
