Job description
Estithmar Holding is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive strategic recruitment initiatives across our large-scale construction and contracting portfolio in Qatar and the wider Middle East.
This is a critical leadership role requiring deep industry expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-volume, complex hiring for mega projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and project timelines
Lead recruitment efforts for mega construction projects, ensuring timely mobilization of technical and non-technical talent
Partner closely with senior leadership, project directors, and HR teams to forecast workforce requirements and build hiring plans
Manage high-volume and niche recruitment across engineering, project management, commercial, and site-based roles
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical positions across the Middle East
Oversee and optimize the use of SAP (SuccessFactors or similar) for recruitment operations, reporting, and analytics
Implement best practices in employer branding, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience
Lead, mentor, and develop the internal talent acquisition team
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and governance standards
Track, analyze, and report on recruitment KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
Minimum 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on construction/contracting companies
Demonstrated experience supporting mega construction or infrastructure projects across the Middle East
Deep understanding of technical roles within construction (engineering, procurement, project execution, etc.)
Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-disciplinary hiring campaigns
Hands-on experience with SAP HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with competing priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Based in Qatar or willing to relocate immediately
