Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment operations across Mexico and LATAM regions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical and non-technical hiring, stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruitment process optimization.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to attract and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across Mexico and LATAM.
Manage hiring for technical and non-technical positions including IT, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Corporate functions.
Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning.
Drive recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate pipeline management.
Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interview processes.
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Manage relationships with staffing vendors, recruitment agencies, and external partners.
Ensure compliance with Mexico labor laws and hiring regulations.
Improve employer branding initiatives across LATAM.
Mentor and guide recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
Support onboarding coordination and candidate engagement activities.
Collaborate with HR leadership on recruitment strategies and market intelligence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
5+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
Minimum 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong experience hiring within Mexico and LATAM markets.
Experience recruiting for IT/Technology roles preferred.
Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and sourcing techniques.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish
