Job Description Roles & Responsibilities : Contribute to the development of GenAI-based operational solutions including intelligent assistants, workflow orchestration, automation use cases. Design and develop Azure-based integration solutions using Azure Functions, Azure Relay, Storage Services, REST APIs, and Log Analytics. Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Provide operational engineering support for Microsoft Teams services related to meetings, chat, collaboration, and telephony platforms. Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and support operational stability of enterprise automation and AI solutions. Collaborate with global operations, engineering, and product teams to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and service improvements. Maintain technical documentation, architecture notes, operational procedures, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides. Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve operational workflows through automation and AI-driven solutions. Qualifications Educational qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Candidates with specialization or exposure in AI, Azure AI Services, Power Automate, will be considered Microsoft Azure, AI, Automation, or Microsoft 365 related certifications are preferred. Experience : 3–7 years of experience in Microsoft Teams operations support, operational monitoring, and global support environments. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Key Vault, Azure Relay, Logic Apps, Log Analytics, REST API development, and workflow automation using Power Automate. Experience with Generative AI technologies including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLMs, embeddings, vector search, or AI orchestration frameworks. Strong experience troubleshooting Microsoft Teams issues related to meetings, chat, calling, collaboration, and telephony services. Experience in backend service development using C#, REST APIs, or related enterprise technologies is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
