Role Description Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of Sanaddak’s digital products by translating business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions, while continuously assessing whether existing capabilities should be enhanced, optimized, or rebuilt. Key Responsibilities · Lead technical ownership of existing product platforms and core systems. · Translate management and business requirements into executable technical solutions. · Assess current systems and recommend enhance, optimize, or rebuild decisions based on business need and technical viability. · Own architecture decisions, system integrations, performance, and platform scalability. · Lead engineering teams and external vendors to deliver product enhancements reliably and at speed. · Ensure cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience across platforms. · Manage technical debt while maintaining execution momentum. · Develop technical roadmaps aligned with business priorities. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree. - 10+ years of previous experience. - Experience with Leading Engineering Team - Fintech Experience is preferred Location : Palm Hills, Elshikh Zayed.
