Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: 4–10 years
Location: Chennai Preferred
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 4–10 years of hands-on recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management, and will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across various technology and digital domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and assessment to offer management and onboarding.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using a mix of talent branding, direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, social media, and internal talent pools.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, ensure effective hiring strategies, and deliver on agreed hiring metrics.
Use data, analytics, and reporting to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead and support high-volume hiring initiatives and weekend recruitment drives
Demonstrate a solid understanding of technology and digital skill sets, particularly in Testing and Digital Engineering domains.
Coach and mentor junior recruiters hold team members accountable for both quantitative and qualitative performance outcomes.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor insights to ensure recruitment strategies remain competitive and innovative.
Leverage data and technology to enhance recruitment efficiency and deliver superior results.
Key Requirements:
4–10 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
SAP SuccessFactors ATS experience is preferred, added advantage
Strong expertise in sourcing, candidate engagement, and pipeline management.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Open to working on weekend drives and large-scale hiring events.
