Job Description – IT Recruiter Position: IT Recruiter Experience: 2 Years Location: Hyderabad Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure timely closure of open positions. Required Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of technical skills and IT roles. Experience working with job portals and sourcing techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good negotiation and coordination skills. Qualification Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred.
