Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition processes within fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews for technical candidates.
Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and technical requirements.
Provide recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
Promote the company culture through social media and recruitment campaigns.
Recruitment Operations
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
Prepare hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of technical roles such as:
Software Engineers
QA Engineers
DevOps Engineers
Data Analysts
Product Managers
UI/UX Designers
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms.
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience hiring for startups, fintech, or software companies.
Knowledge of Agile and software development environments.
HR certification is a plus.
