Job Description
Valueklip is seeking an experienced U.S.-based Technical Recruiter to support hiring opportunities across early-stage B2B technical services and SaaS companies.
This role is designed for an agency, independent, or third-party recruiter who already works with startup founders, hiring managers, and growing technical teams. As a Technical Recruiter, you will help identify and support hiring opportunities where companies require cost-effective, high-performing talent across AI/ML, Data, DevOps, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
Job Responsibilities
Identify active hiring opportunities within startups and B2B companies
Work directly with founders, hiring managers, and talent acquisition teams to understand hiring needs
Support candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring workflows
Introduce qualified hiring opportunities to Valueklip for offshore talent deployment
Help position Africa-based talent solutions where operationally relevant
Maintain professional communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Collaborate with Valueklip to improve hiring speed, candidate quality, and fulfillment efficiency
Support successful candidate placement and deployment processes
Contribute to placement and deployment revenue through successful hiring outcomes
Eligibility Criteria
Based in the United States or actively recruiting within the U.S. market
Experience working as an agency, independent, or third-party recruiter
Existing relationships with startup founders, hiring managers, or talent acquisition teams
Experience recruiting for technical, GTM, or operational roles
Strong understanding of U.S. hiring workflows and recruitment processes
Strong communication, relationship management, and coordination skills
Ability to manage hiring pipelines, candidate coordination, and stakeholder communication
Comfortable working within a partnership and performance-based revenue-sharing model
