Job Title: IT Recruiter – Domestic Market (50% Profit sharing)
Location: Remote – Anywhere in India
Compensation: Commission-Based (Per Placement Basis)
## About the Role
We are looking for energetic and experienced Freelance IT Recruiters for the domestic market who possess strong communication and sourcing skills and are motivated to earn a high income through successful placements.
This is a completely remote opportunity with no fixed salary. Recruiters will earn based on successful placements and client payment terms. We work with direct clients and mostly handle exclusive positions across multiple technologies and domains.
Candidates with prior experience recruiting for the Travel Industry will be preferred.
## Key Responsibilities
- Source quality IT candidates for domestic market requirements.
- Work on exclusive and direct client positions shared by our team.
- Screen, shortlist, and share relevant candidate profiles.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain strong communication with the internal recruitment team.
- Use different sourcing strategies to identify qualified talent quickly.
## Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in IT recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience working on technical/IT profiles across various technologies.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies such as Java, RPA, Automation, C++, HTML, and related technical skill sets.
- Travel industry recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
## Mandatory Requirements
Recruiters should have access to their own sourcing platforms or databases, such as:
- LinkedIn
- Naukri
- Monster
- Internal databases or other sourcing tools

## Compensation Structure
