Location: Gurgaon / Full-Time, Office-Based Company: Mozark Experience: 2–3 Years About Mozark Mozark is an AI-native digital experience testing and assurance company helping enterprises, telecom operators, public-sector institutions, and digital-first businesses measure, benchmark, and improve real-world digital experiences across apps, devices, networks, and cloud infrastructure. As Mozark scales its go-to-market motion and expands its product portfolio including its flagship Digital Life Monitor offering we are building a content capability that can translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, clear, and credible narratives for both technical and business audiences. Role Overview We are looking for a sharp, curious, and disciplined Technical Content Writer to join our team full-time from our Gurgaon office. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical content that educates, engages, and converts spanning product documentation, thought leadership, blogs, white papers, solution briefs, and website copy. You will work at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales making it easier for buyers and users to understand what Mozark does, why it matters, and how it works. This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, writes with precision, and can simplify without dumbing down. Key Responsibilities 1) Technical Writing and Documentation • Create clear, accurate, and well-structured product documentation, user guides, API references, release notes, and knowledge-base articles. • Translate complex technical concepts including network performance, AI-driven testing, and cloud infrastructure into content that is accessible to both technical and non- technical audiences. • Work closely with product, engineering, and solutions teams to gather information, validate technical accuracy, and maintain up-to-date documentation. • Build and maintain a structured documentation library that supports both internal teams and external users. 2) Thought Leadership and Long-Form Content • Research and write in-depth white papers, technical reports, solution briefs, and industry articles aligned with Mozark’s positioning and offerings. • Produce blogs and editorial pieces on topics such as digital experience assurance, network quality, AI testing, and enterprise mobility grounded in real data and market relevance. • Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to develop point-of-view content that strengthens Mozark’s credibility in target markets. • Adapt complex ideas into formats that work across audiences from CXOs to architects to product managers. 3) Marketing and Sales Content • Write compelling website copy, product pages, landing pages, and campaign messaging that clearly articulate Mozark’s value proposition. • Create sales-enablement assets including one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, FAQs, and customer-facing presentations. • Support case study development by working with the marketing and sales teams to document customer outcomes and success stories. • Ensure all content maintains a consistent tone, messaging, and brand voice across channels and formats. 4) Product and Feature Communication • Work with product managers to translate feature releases, roadmap updates, and platform capabilities into crisp, benefit-led messaging. • Write product announcements, changelogs, and release communications for both internal and external audiences. • Develop structured FAQs, objection-handling documents, and comparison content that supports pre-sales conversations. 5) SEO-Oriented Content • Write and optimize content for search including blogs, landing pages, and technical articles based on keyword research and SEO guidance. • Coordinate with the marketing team to align content production with campaign calendars and demand generation goals. • Identify content gaps based on search trends, buyer journeys, and competitor benchmarking. 6) Editing and Quality Assurance • Review and edit content produced by internal stakeholders, ensuring it meets quality, clarity, and consistency standards. • Maintain a style guide and editorial standards for all Mozark content. • Proofread final content across formats before publication or distribution. What We Are Looking For • 2–3 years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or a related role preferably in a B2B SaaS, technology, telecom, or enterprise software environment. • Demonstrated ability to write accurately and clearly about technical products, platforms, or infrastructure. • Strong command of English both written and verbal with attention to grammar, clarity, and structure. • Experience producing a variety of content formats including documentation, white papers, blogs, one-pagers, and website copy. • Ability to quickly understand new domains and synthesize information from multiple technical sources. • Comfort working with subject matter experts, conducting interviews, and independently researching topics. • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, or similar documentation platforms. • Basic understanding of SEO principles and how content supports search visibility is a plus. • Experience with Markdown, CMS platforms, or basic HTML is an advantage. • Prior exposure to topics such as network performance, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, or digital experience is preferred but not required.
