UX/UI Designer / Product Designer

Role Description This is a remote, part-time role for a UX/UI Designer / Product Designer. The individual in this role will work collaboratively to create intuitive, user-focused designs for digital products. Key responsibilities include conducting user research to understand needs and pain points, developing wireframes and prototypes, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring consistency in visual and user interface elements. The UX/UI Designer will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designed solutions align with product goals and user expectations. Qualifications Expertise in Visual Design and a solid understanding of aesthetics, typography, and color theory Experience with Design Thinking methodologies and applying creative problem-solving to product challenges Proficiency in User Research and UX Research for gathering insights and validating design decisions Strong skills in Product Design, including creating prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity UX/UI designs Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment Experience in designing for diverse user groups and accessibility considerations is a plus A portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and design processes
