About The Role This is a part-time remote role for an experienced WordPress Developer & Designer who can take ownership of web projects — from converting designs into fully functional WordPress websites, to managing updates, server deployments, and day-to-day maintenance. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours and a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week. Qualifications Proven experience in WordPress development and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. Proficiency in converting Figma, PSD, and XD designs into responsive websites. Expertise in using page builders such as Elementor and WPBakery. Solid understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with WordPress themes and plugin customization. Familiarity with server management tools like FTP, SSH, cPanel, and WHM. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach are essential. Responsibilities Convert Figma, PSD, and XD designs into pixel-perfect, fully functional WordPress websites. Build and customize websites using Elementor, WPBakery, and other page builders. Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins as required to meet client specifications. Integrate and configure plugins such as Gravity Forms, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), WooCommerce, and Code Snippets to enhance website functionality. Handle website deployments via FTP, SSH, cPanel, and WHM, ensuring smooth server management. Perform regular website updates, content changes, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Handle quick design tasks using Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or Illustrator, including image exports and edits. Manage full website builds from scratch independently, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Ensure all websites are live, functional, and optimized across various devices and browsers.
