Role Summary: Join Colgate-Palmolive’s Global Marketing Development Program and drive impactful change across our global marketing strategies. This 2-year rotational program equips high-potential leaders with essential skills in marketing, sales, and strategic planning. Participants will lead cross-functional initiatives across international hubs and brand management rotations to accelerate career growth while directly impacting the global health and wellness sector. Program Overview and Responsibilities: Customer Development/Sales Rotation ( 4 Months based in one of several Sales Offices across the US) Learn how our products are sold to retailers Develop your analytical and storytelling skills Analyze category, customer & shopper data to maximize commercial effectiveness Global Marketing Rotation (4 months in Foreign CPG Market or within NYC-based Global Marketing team) Learn what it means to run a truly global business Interact with other Colgate people around the globe Build strategic thinking skills as you help manage global brand equities North America Marketing Brand Rotation #1 (8 Months in NYC Office): Gain hands-on experience in brand management and the 5Ps of marketing Involve in various aspects of the marketing process and operations Develop your analytical and storytelling skills North America Marketing Brand Rotation #2 (8 Months in NYC Office): Project manage various initiatives Have an opportunity to identify growth opportunities Practice strategic thinking and problem solving abilities Upon successful completion of the Full-Time 2-Year program, you will join the NA Marketing teams on either the Oral Care or Home & Personal Care business. The cross-functional experience in the Global Marketing Development Program will give you the tools you’ll need to help manage one of our businesses and will set you on the path toward a management-level marketing career as well as a variety of other rewarding career options! Our practice of promoting from within and rotating brand assignments will further enhance your opportunities within our organization. Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program with an intended graduation of Spring 2027. Minimum of 4 years prior experience, with key involvement in business analysis and cross-functional project management. Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams and projects. Proficiency in data analytics tools with a demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable business decisions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership. Proven adaptability, agility, and resilience in driving results within dynamic, fast-paced environments. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis and must not require the Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $142,000.00 - $142,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
