Role Description Proaegis Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our accounting services team at our Palakkad location. As an Account Executive, you will be a critical bridge between our firm and our clients, working directly with client accountants and business owners to deliver comprehensive accounting and statutory compliance services. In this full-time, on-site role, you will manage day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliance requirements for multiple client accounts, including GST, TDS, PF, and other regulatory filings. You will prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other financial documentation while maintaining regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of services. Working under the guidance of our Senior Accountants and Managers, you will develop strong technical accounting skills while building lasting client relationships. Your role is essential to our service delivery model, as you will be the point of contact ensuring that clients' accounting needs are met accurately and on schedule. You will collaborate closely with our internal team and coordinate with external stakeholders such as auditors and tax consultants. Qualification & Requirements B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Preferred Certification in Tally ERP, Zoho Books and Quick books 0–1 year experience Strong academic background in accounting Excellent communication and organizational skills Fluency in English Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts and daily financial entries Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and expense reports Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny Manage accounts payable & receivable cycles Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants Prepare and present MIS reports to support management decision making
