Account Executive (L&P)

Summary: Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line. Duties & Responsibilities: Major Responsibilities Responsible for achieving/exceeding the business goals and sales quota in the assigned territory Develop and maintain key accounts and customer relationships related to photonics, materials, IC and modules Development & Validation, NEMs, production & Contract Manufacturers Perform market analysis of the assigned territory and provide up to date data on market dynamics including potential opportunities, competitor activities and others for effective sales Develop and execute sales programs directly in cooperation with BU Develop and manage an effective channel ecosystem to appropriate cover the assigned products in order to meet and exceed company sales objectives Maintain and submit an accurate sales forecast for the assigned territory using assigned tools such as a CRM Attend tradeshows and host seminars to promote VIAVI Solutions Pre-Requisites & Experience Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or communications-related technical training and experience is preferred At least 2 ~ 4 years of experience in Communications Test & Measurements instruments with background in Photonics, Ethernet and Optical Network Transport domains Basic technical knowledge in one or more of test instruments like Optical Spectrum Analyzer, Optical Power Meters, Protocol Testers, Multi-Application Platform testers for Optical components and devices manufacturing Proven experience in handling Lab & Production customer accounts Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese language Self-motivated, highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking skills Strong teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate with FAE and BU Good presentation and communication skill towards customers Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
