Account Executive - Nestlé Nutrition & Health

Position Summary Ready to take the next step into account management, or bring your existing Account Executive experience to a broader challenge? We're looking for a commercially minded and driven Account Executive to join our Corporate Sales team, supporting some of Australia's largest and most dynamic retail customers across Infant Nutrition, Nutrition & Health and Grocery. This is an exciting opportunity to work on well-known Nestlé brands while partnering with major retailers and independent customers. You'll gain exposure to a broad and complex customer portfolio, work closely with senior commercial leaders, and play an important role in driving growth across the business. A day in the Life… As an Account Executive, you'll help bring customer and category plans to life. You'll work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure promotional activities are delivered successfully and commercial targets are achieved. Key responsibilities include: Bring customer and category plans to life across some of Australia's biggest retailers. Build and execute promotional plans that drive growth for both Nestlé and our customers. Analyse sales and customer data to uncover opportunities and support commercial decisions. Manage forecasts, trade spend and promotional calendars with precision. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Field teams to deliver great execution. Support customer reviews, product launches and ranging opportunities. Learn from results, identify what's working, and help shape future plans. What will make you successful: You are commercially minded, curious and energised by working across multiple customers and priorities. You combine strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger commercial picture. Field sales experience and the ambition to step into an Account Executive role, or previous Account Executive experience. Strong commercial and financial awareness, with an understanding of promotional planning, forecasting and customer execution. Confidence analysing information and translating insights into practical recommendations. Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing deadlines accurately. Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM systems, including CRM7, will be valuable. Power BI capability would be useful but is not essential. Confidence using AI-enabled tools to work efficiently, develop insights and create quality outputs. FMCG experience and an understanding of point-of-sale execution, category management or customer planning will be highly regarded.
