Role Purpose The Account Manager Sales provides primary back-office sales support for specific client groups (single BU); may provide multiple BU support (mostly in small BC’s) and responsible for simple order intake and invoicing. Context & Core Responsibilities Handle inquiries, orders up to invoicing, coordination of deliveries and returns, handle consignment stock orders and charging thereof, invoicing managing receivables including reminders etc. Operate under very clear and concise operating guidelines Handle credit notes, bonus, statistics, market- and customer analysis Handle simple claims management and coordination with technical and sales managers Provide support to the sales and technology managers handling and coordinating a variety of situations Deal with promptly and efficiently customer correspondence Provide price calculations / preparations - coordination of prices within customer group; prepare and send quotations Manage the returnable containers Organize meetings / events as required Project work as required Monitor inventory stock level related to customer requirement. Handle air freight quotations to customer on a per need basis. Monitor and analyze customer forecast against actual purchasing trends. Handle drafts of price quotations for new and existing customers. Qualifications/Competences Business school background or commercial training preferred Practical experience in sales dept.
